These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and mpo300 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://mpo300.click ("the Website").

By accessing the Website, creating a player account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Website and close your account.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Balance" — the total MYR value of funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free bet tokens, cashback amounts, or any non-cash benefit credited to an Account by mpo300 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" — a transfer of real money from a User's personal payment instrument into their mpo300 Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).
• "Game" — any slot, live dealer table, sports market, lottery draw, poker variant, crash game, or other wagering product made available through the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under applicable regulations and the Company's internal compliance policies.
• "Platform" — the mpo300 website, mobile browser interface, and any associated software or applications operated by the Company.
• "Prohibited User" — any individual ineligible to hold an Account under Clause 3 of these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Withdrawal" — a transfer of available real-money balance from a User's Account to their designated payment instrument.

Registration and use of the mpo300 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant, at the time of registration and continuously thereafter, that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. mpo300 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any wager. Age verification may be requested at any time.
2. You are accessing the Platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only.
3. You are not acting on behalf of another person, nor are you acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
4. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
5. You understand that gambling involves real financial risk and that all funds wagered may be lost.
6. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, either through mpo300 or any other gambling platform or authority.
7. You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or otherwise prohibited from transacting on online gambling platforms under applicable laws.
8. You will not allow any other person access to your Account, share your login credentials, or permit a minor to use your device to access the Platform.

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account. The creation of multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

mpo300 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed and withdrawals initiated — is deemed authorised by you. mpo300 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and to use the services provided by mpo300 solely for lawful entertainment purposes. You further agree that:

• You will not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to professional gambling operations, arbitrage trading, or matched betting at scale designed to exploit bonus structures.
• You will not access or attempt to access restricted areas of the Platform or any systems, networks, or data not expressly made available to registered users.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or software programs to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised by mpo300.
• You will not engage in any behaviour that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or other users' experience.
• You will not misrepresent your identity, jurisdiction, or eligibility status for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• All funds deposited into your Account originate from lawful sources and are free from any connection to money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mpo300 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied by the Platform; any conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers are the User's responsibility.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum single deposit is RM30,000, subject to payment provider limits. Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed instantly. FPX and online banking transfers are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. mpo300 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party processing fees may apply.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed only to payment instruments previously used for deposit, or to verified personal bank accounts. mpo300 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC completion. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional fraud and security checks before processing any withdrawal request. Processing times vary by method; standard withdrawals are completed within one (1) to three (3) business days.

6.4 Chargebacks & Reversals

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first contacting mpo300 support constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Company will take all necessary steps, including legal action, to recover disputed funds and will immediately close and blacklist any Account found to have initiated fraudulent chargebacks.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by mpo300 are subject to specific terms that accompany each promotion. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered Users only and must be claimed within the specified timeframe following the qualifying deposit.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• mpo300 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts, using low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements, or making deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming engagement.
• Bonus expiry periods apply. Unclaimed or incomplete bonuses will automatically expire as indicated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

All bets placed on the mpo300 Platform are governed by the rules of the specific game or sports market selected. The following general conditions apply across all wagering products:

• Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the system, it is final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed except where the specific game rules provide otherwise.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed disruption that materially affects the outcome of a wager, mpo300 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• For sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and all other covered competitions — odds are subject to change prior to the acceptance of a bet. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• mpo300 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any User, market, or game type at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Winnings will be credited to the User's Account Balance following official settlement of the event or conclusion of the game round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mpo300 Platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud, including the use of stolen payment instruments, false identity documents, or misrepresentation of personal details.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Collusion between two or more players in poker, live dealer, or any competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of software, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or mechanical devices to manipulate game outcomes, automate betting decisions, or circumvent fairness systems.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or loopholes. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a Platform error will be voided.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at mpo300 staff, customer support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Systematic bonus abuse designed to extract value without genuine gaming participation, including reverse-bonus strategies, matched betting at scale, or coordinated multi-account operations.

All content available on the mpo300 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, code, databases, promotional materials, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of mpo300 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No User may reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of mpo300.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpo300 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Gambling losses resulting from wagers placed on the Platform.
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, system failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, statistics, or data displayed on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal settlement caused by third-party payment providers including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mpo300 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

mpo300 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and actively promotes responsible gambling. We provide tools that allow Users to manage their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can sustain over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders to alert you after a defined session duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

mpo300 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or applicable law.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or source-of-funds verification requirements.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Confirmation that the Account holder is a Prohibited User.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.

Upon Account closure for reasons of fraud or material breach, all real-money and bonus balances may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by the User or by mpo300 for non-fault reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User's registered payment instrument following completion of applicable security checks.

mpo300 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will notify registered Users by email to their registered address at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be implemented without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact mpo300 through our official support channel to attempt resolution in good faith before initiating any formal proceeding.

mpo300 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Our customer support team handles disputes via live chat and email. Complex disputes that cannot be resolved through direct engagement may be escalated through our internal review process. Decisions made by mpo300's management team following a completed review process are final and binding.
